Our Promise
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for return if they meet all of the following:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery date
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging or folded condition
- No signs of damage, staining, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
- Socks and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items with missing tags or packaging
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours
- Send the item back via courier (customer bears return shipping cost)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or store credit within 2–3 business days
Refunds
We currently offer store credit or exchanges. Cash refunds are processed only if the wrong item was shipped or the product was defective. Refunds are issued via bKash within 3–5 business days.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement at no cost to you.
